Lega's Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets forth certain terms and conditions under which customers may access and use Lega, the software-as-a-service platform offered by Lega Inc.


🚨 By accessing and using Lega, you are acknowledging that you have read and understood the AUP and you are agreeing to be bound by the AUP. 🚨

  1. 🛑 Prohibited Uses. You may not use Lega for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by this AUP. Prohibited uses include the following:
    1. Accessing, storing, distributing, or transmitting any material that is libelous, defamatory, insulting, racist, discriminatory, incites hate, or infringes upon third-party rights, including but not limited to intellectual property rights;
    2. Violating the privacy of third parties, including but not limited to distributing third-party personal data without permission or necessity, or repeatedly harassing third parties by providing them with unsolicited communications;
    3. Using Lega to create, distribute, or otherwise make available content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or offensive;
    4. Using Lega to promote, encourage, or engage in any illegal activity, or to advocate, promote, or assist others in engaging in any illegal activity;
    5. Using Lega to generate or disseminate false or misleading information, including but not limited to disinformation or "deepfake" content;
    6. Using Lega to harass, threaten, or violate the privacy or publicity rights of others, or to promote or engage in discrimination, hate speech, or violence against any person or group based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic;
    7. Accessing or attempting to access Lega or its related systems or networks in an unauthorized manner, including but not limited to hacking, password mining, or circumventing any security measures;
    8. Using Lega in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the service, or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the service;
    9. Using Lega to create or transmit any malicious software, such as viruses, worms, or Trojan horses; and
    10. Including hyperlinks, torrents, or similar information in Lega, of which you are aware or should be aware, that refer to material that infringes third-party rights.
  2. 👩‍⚖️ Compliance with Laws. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules in connection with your access to and use of Lega, including but not limited to data protection, privacy, and export control laws.
  3. 👮🏽‍♂️ Monitoring and Enforcement. Subject to the restrictions set forth in your Lega license agreement, Lega Inc. reserves the right to monitor your use of Lega to ensure compliance with this AUP. If Lega Inc. becomes aware of any violation of this AUP, we may take appropriate action, including but not limited to suspension or termination of your access to Lega, without notice.
  4. 📝 Modifications to AUP. Over time, Lega Inc. may need to update or modify this AUP. Lega Inc. reserves the right to do that at any time, subject to the following notification and adoption procedures. In the event of any modifications, Lega Inc. will notify you in the manner prescribed by your Lega license agreement that the AUP has been modified. You will have thirty days to review the revised AUP before it takes effect. If you object to any of the proposed modifications, you can notify Lega Inc. within that 30-day notice period. If you do not object within this period, your continued use of Lega following the notice period constitutes your acceptance of the modified AUP. If you object to the modifications, Lega Inc. will work with you in good faith to address your concerns. If no resolution can be reached, your use of Lega may be terminated.
  5. 📣. Reporting Violations. If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please contact us at support@lega.ai. Lega Inc. will investigate all reports and take appropriate action as necessary.
